Critical Tasks

  • Build sales plans in the areas of Data Analytics, ML/AI, Data Lakehouse and Big Data Analytics across all industries and meet and exceed sales goals through value selling. 
  • Identify and source new sales opportunities, build pipeline, manage and execute account strategies for winning and buidling customer relationships. 
  • Enage with business and technical decision makers and key stakeholders, conduct needs assessments to understand their objectives, needs, and challenges, and lead them through the buying process to drive success in closing new business opportunities. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Presales and Solution Delivery (SD) teams to prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, demonstrations to showcase our capabilities and value proposition, response to TOR/RFI/RFP, and deliver customised solutions that address customer needs and deliver measurable value. 
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, business and technical decision makers to understand their strategic priorities and challenges. 
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive developments in the data analytics landscape, and leverage insights to inform sales strategies and positioning. 
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements and successful deal closure and provide regular reporting of pipeline and accurate forecasts through Salesforce.

Profile & Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with a focus on selling Data Analytics, ML/AI, Data Lakehouse, Big Data Analytics, or Data Warehouse/Data Mart solutions to enterprise customers - Proven success in Enterprise Sales roles in BI & Visualization, ML/AI, Big Data Analytics, Data Lakehouse, Cloud, Data Warehouse/Data Mart or SaaS technology. 
  • Deep understanding of data analytics concepts, methodologies, and technologies, including but not limited to Tableau, PowerBI, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Databricks, SQL, Python, Data Lakes, and Data Warehousing. 
  • Demonstrable experience in selling data analytics, winning new logos, and expanding large Enterprise Accounts. 
  • Solution and business-outcomes focused sales approach. - Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and strategic thinking capabilities. 
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. 
  • Self-motivated, results-driven individual with a demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Team player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and Thai. - Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and participate in sales activities.
