2.        Handle passenger luggage with care and provide assistance through check-in, security, and boarding processes.

3.        Escort passengers to designated areas within the terminal, offering clear directions and proactive guidance.

4.        Provide accurate and timely information about airport facilities, services, lounges, and flight procedures.

5.        Anticipate and respond to individual passenger needs with discretion, empathy, and a service-minded attitude.

6.        Coordinate with internal departments and stakeholders to fulfill passenger requests or handle special requirements (e.g., VIPs, elderly, families).

7.        Maintain a professional image at all times, upholding high standards of service quality, confidentiality, and courtesy.
