รายละเอียดงาน

- Greet and escort customers to their tables;

- ทักทายและพาลูกค้าไปที่โต๊ะ

- Present menu and provide detailed information when asked;

- นำเสนอเมนูและให้ข้อมูลเมื่อลูกค้าถาม

- Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware and glasses;

- เตรียมโต๊ะด้วยการเตรียมผ้าเช็ดปาก อุปกรณ์รับประทานอาหาร และแก้ว

- Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area; 

- จัดโต๊ะอาหารให้เป็นระเบียบ และรักษาความสะอาดของบริเวณที่นั่งรับประทานอาหาร 

- Inform customers about the day’s specials; 

- แจ้งเมนูพิเศษประจำวันแก่ลูกค้า 

- Offer menu recommendations upon request;

- แนะนำเมนูตามที่ลูกค้าร้องขอ 

- Take accurate food and drinks orders, using a POS ordering software,order  slips or by memorization; 

- รับคำสั่งอาหารและเครื่องดื่มที่ถูกต้องโดยใช้ซอฟต์แวร์ POS ใบสั่งซื้อหรือโดยการท่องจำ

- Communicate order details to the Kitchen staff;

- แจ้งรายละเอียดออเดอร์กับพนักงานครัว

- Serve food and drink orders; 

- เสิร์ฟอาหารและเครื่องดื่ม

- Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report any problems;

- ตรวจสอบความสะอาดของจานและเครื่องครัว นำเสนอและรายงานปัญหาต่างๆ

- Deliver checks and collect bill payments;

- นำบิลไปให้ลูกค้าและดำเนินการชำระบิล

- Carry dirty plates, glasses and silverware to kitchen for cleaning;

- เก็บจาน แก้ว และอุปกรณ์การรับประทานอาหารที่สกปรกไปที่ห้องครัวเพื่อทำความสะอาด

- Meet with restaurant staff to review daily specials, changes on the menu and service specifications for reservations (e.g. parties);

-ประชุมกับพนักงานร้านอาหารคนอื่นๆเพื่อตรวจสอบรายการพิเศษประจำวันการเปลี่ยนแปลงเมนู และข้อกำหนดบริการสำหรับการจอง (เช่น งานเลี้ยง)

- Follow all relevant health department regulations; 

- ปฏิบัติตามระเบียบกรมอนามัยที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งหมด

- Provide excellent customer service to guests.
