We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is perfect for a proactive individual eager to build a career in technology sales, focusing on project-based and Systems Integration (SI) solutions. You'll work closely with our Sales Manager to identify opportunities, nurture client relationships, and contribute to achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Assist in identifying and qualifying new business leads for project-based and SI solutions.
Support the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and other sales collateral.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
Maintain and update customer relationship management with accurate client information and sales activities.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and introduce our solutions.
Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to ensure solutions align with client requirements.
Participate in client meetings and presentations, learning to articulate value propositions effectively.
Help achieve individual and team sales targets and objectives.
Stay informed about our product offerings, industry developments, and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
Understanding of sales processes and a strong desire to learn about project-based solutions and Systems Integration (SI) services.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven with a strong work ethic.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with Contact Center technologies, or enterprise collaboration solution, or enterprise CRM solution, or AI technologies.
At least two years sales experience in IT or software domain.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Proficiency in English and Thai (both written and spoken) is required.
