Responsibilities

• Execute software development projects using agile methodologies. 
• Adapter with DYI attitude, can manage working solely or in team. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, testing, UX/UI, and product management teams, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products. 
• Work on integration efforts with enterprise systems and applications. 
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities Excellent written, verbal, presentation & documentation skills to foster clarity and predictability.
   

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field. 
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. 
• 5+ years of experience 
• Proficient in NodeJS, Express. 
• Experience in ReactJs / MERN Stack development 
• Understand company needs to define system specifications. 
• Plan and design the structure of a technology solution. 
• Evaluate and select appropriate software or hardware and suggest integration methods where applicable. 
• Review current platform in terms of UI, code, usability etc. 
• Work to optimize UI, features, code, database etc. 
• Guide other junior developers working on the platform. 
• Build new features & modules in the Current platform while maintain the existing code. 
• Oversee assigned programs (e.g. conduct code review) and provide guidance to team members. 
• Assist with solving technical problems when they arise. 
• Address technical concerns, ideas, and suggestions. 
• Monitor systems to ensure they meet both user needs and business goals. 
• echnologies you will work on: Nodejs Express MySQL / MSSQL / NoSql HTML & CSS / Bootstrap 4-5 Git hub 
• Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Freshservice , Bitrix ,Trello, or Asana. 
• AWS, React, PHP, or Node.js certifications are a plus.

• Highly proficient in the English language, both written and verbal 
• Project management skills- Ability to drive projects end-to-end.
